Do you have a brick + mortar store?

Jubilee Flea is primarily an online retail store, but has a little upstairs room at Belle Jar Design at 7137 Main Street in Clifton, VA. I'm also a vendor at several pop-up boutiques and specialty events throughout the year in northern Virginia. To find out where I’ll be and when, please check the EVENTS page. Do you sell wholesale to other retailers?

What is ephemera?

Ephemera is a broad term used to describe items of collectible memorabilia, typically written or printed, that were originally expected to have only short-term usefulness or popularity. Examples include tickets, receipts, postage stamps and letters. Not all ephemera is necessarily vintage.

What do you consider vintage?

If an item was made before 1970, I call it “vintage.” If an item is 100 years or older, I call it “very vintage.”

Is your merchandise original or reproductions?

All vintage paper and flea market finds are originals. The coloring products have my original drawings and have been printed.

Where can I find your handmade greeting cards?

My cards are sold at boutiques and major retailers across the globe. If you want to know if a store in your area carries my line, shoot me an email and I’ll let you know. If you’re a retailer and are interested in wholesale/carrying my line, please email me as well!

How soon will my order ship?

Orders are usually filled within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping generally takes between 2 and 5 business days within the continental US. I ship via US Mail and UPS.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is a flat rate of $3.75 within the US. Orders are shipped via US Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. US flat rate is applied at checkout. If there is an additional fee, I will contact you via email and send a PayPal invoice for the difference. Shipment will be made after payment of additional fee.

What forms of payment are accepted?

I accept payment through PayPal. I also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal.

What is the return policy?

I want you to be happy, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, just let me know. We'll work it out. In most cases, I'll refund the price paid once the items are returned. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. No returns after 30 days of original shipment date on invoice.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your order, please send me an email within 24 hours of placing your order.

What information is collected when I place an order?

As part of the order process, the following information is collected:
Name
Shipping/Billing Address
Email address
Phone number
Credit/Debit Card Information

How is that information used?

This information is used strictly to fill your order and to contact you if there is a question. If you choose to join the email list, it will be used to send you occasional notices about new merchandise or special offers. I will not sell your information. I don’t like spam, either!

How is my credit card information protected?

Payment is processed through PayPal. For information about PayPal's privacy and security, please visit their site.
